With origins in the 17th century, Narayanpet sarees have Telugu influence, Kannada influence and a pronounced Maratha influence, thanks to Chattrapati Shivaji leaving behind Marati weavers here. These sarees are hand woven only in Narayanpet and come in vibrant and lovable colors.
